We are hiring a skilled Front Desk Receptionist with 3–5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, experience handling VVIP clients, coordinating with sales teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and manage the front desk professionally.
Handle VVIP clients and maintain a positive customer experience.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Coordinate appointments and support the sales team.
Maintain visitor records, client databases, and office documentation.
Perform data entry, filing, courier coordination, and administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies, petty cash, and daily office operations.
Ensure the reception area is organized and professional at all times.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.




3–5 years of Front Desk/Reception experience in the Real Estate industry.
Experience interacting with VVIP clients.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualified appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
