Key Responsibilities of the position:

 Partner with the CEO to define and execute the growth strategy for

Vaidyaratnam's Services Business.

 Lead expansion across hospitals, clinics, treatment centres, and recent

geographies through owned, partnered, and asset-light models.

 Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships, alliances, and business

opportunities to accelerate growth.

 Own the P&L; of the Services Business and deliver profitable, sustainable

growth.

 Drive operational excellence across all facilities through process

improvement, standardization,



governance, and performance management.

 Ensure consistent patient experience, service quality, and brand standards

across the network.

 Establish robust operating metrics and review mechanisms to improve

productivity, utilization, and unit-level profitability.

 Build, lead, and develop a large multi-location team while creating a culture

of accountability and execution.

 Work closely with promoters and senior leadership to translate strategy into

measurable outcomes.

 Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
