Job Title: Customer Support Associate (CSA) - Contractual Client: SIDBI Location & Open Positions Noida & G. Noida (considerable) - 2 Positions (Interview will be schedule within Days) Compensation Salary Range: 25,000 to 35,000 per month (Based on experience and profile) Job Summary The Customer Support Associate (CSA) will be responsible for supporting customer onboarding, documentation, and field-level coordination activit ies. The role involves direct interaction with existing and prospective clients, assisting with documentation, and ensuring timely completion of processes as per organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities
Assist existing and prospective customers in filling out application forms.
Collect duly signed application forms and required documents, including KYC documents and cheques.
Follow up with customers for pending signatures and additional documentation.
Collect audit-related documents from both existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with branch/local office for operational and administrative asks.




Undertake field visits as required for document collection and customer support.
Handle any other assignments or responsibilities assigned by the Branch Office (BO)/ Lo cal Office from time to time. Eligibility Criteria Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or related fields (B. Com, M. Com, CS, CS {Int er), ICWAI, etc.) from a recognized university. 0 to 2 yrs experiences preferable. Basic know ledge of accounting and banking operations is mandatory. Basic computer proficiency is required. Minimum age: 21 years. Preference will be given to local candidates w ith profi ciency in Hindi, English, and the local language (read, write, and speak). Must possess a valid driving license. Candidates should be willing and able to perform field work. Preferred Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage documentation and follow-ups efficiently.
