We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Partnerships & Affiliates Lead to build,scale, and own our partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving high-impactcollaborations, affiliate programs, and revenue-generating partnerships.You will work closely with leadership to create a repeatable and scalable partner motion,focusing on sourcing, closing, and managing strategic alliances.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and execute structured partnerships and affiliate growth strategy.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value partners aligned with business goals
Source partnership opportunities including affiliates, vendors, and strategic collaborators
Own end-to-end deal lifecycle - outreach, negotiation, and closure
Drive revenue through affiliate channels and partnerships
Track and optimize partner performance metrics
Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including CFO-level executives
Structure partnership agreements,



commercials, and contracts
Ensure mutually beneficial and scalable deal frameworks
Create repeatable systems, playbooks, and workflows for partnershipsQUALIFICATIONS:
2+ Years of experience in Business Development/Partnerships
Proven track record of closing partnerships and driving revenue
Solid experience in affiliate marketing or partner ecosystems
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience in contract structuring and deal-making
