Operate and monitor Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) machines to produce precision components as per production requirements.
Load and unload materials, set tools and fixtures, and ensure smooth machine operation.
Read engineering drawings and inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Perform basic machine maintenance, tool changes, and maintain coolant and lubrication levels.
Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards while achieving daily production targets.
Report machine issues, quality defects, and production status to the Supervisor or Shift In-Charge.
Pay: ₹359,011.81 - ₹1,292,354.24 per year
