Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software design and development.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
Experience with distributed computing frameworks and cloud-based data processing.
Robust knowledge of data integration, transformation, and pipeline orchestration.
Ability to optimize application performance and scalability within data analytics settings.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to data platforms.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
