Eednix is looking for a CRO Specialist who can help e Commerce and D2 C brands improve website conversion rates and customer experience.Responsibilities:
Conduct CRO audits for Shopify websites
Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and GA4
Identify conversion bottlenecks across Homepage, Collection Pages, PDPs, Cart, and Checkout
Create actionable CRO recommendations
Collaborate with performance marketing and design teams
Track and report conversion improvementsRequirements:
Experience with Shopify websites
Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey optimization
Knowledge of GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and A/B testing
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to create transparent CRO audit reportsPreferred Experience:
D2 C / Fashion / Lifestyle brands
Experience working with Meta Ads traffic
