Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote [Products/Services/Packages] using provided calling scripts.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify sales prospects, evaluate prospective client needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
Inbound Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls, handle customer grievances professionally, and provide explicit information regarding company offerings.
Database Management: Maintain and update agile customer record databases (CRM) with accurate contact information, call outcomes, and relevant follow-up details.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
