We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our team at [Cafe/Dough House Name]. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving fresh coffee, pastries, and house specials, and ensuring a clean, welcoming setting.

Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating or counter service.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Serve fresh coffee, artisan drinks, doughnuts, baked goods, and light food items.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions regarding ingredients or allergens.
Clear tables, wipe down dining areas, and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.
Restock display cases, condiments, and service stations throughout the shift.

Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in a cafe, bakery,



restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming, positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Adaptable schedule, including availability to work weekends, early mornings, or holidays if required.
