Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated MBA graduates specializing in Marketing to join our team as Marketing Executives. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to develop their skills in B2B marketing, lead generation, market research, client engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Support the Sales and Business Development teams with lead generation, client presentations, and tender-related activities.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and monitor campaign performance through periodic reports.
Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, client meetings, and campus engagement programs.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients, consultants, and end-users through regular follow-ups.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding and business growth initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
Full-time MBA in Marketing.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be considered an added advantage.
Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and capable of working in a energetic environment.
Internship or project experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Market Research is preferred.
Basic understanding of B2B and B2C marketing concepts is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
