Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Content Developer – Integrated Learning Program (ILP) to lead the design, development, and quality assurance of our interdisciplinary curriculum across a network of 170 schools. This role is critical in shaping meaningful, connected learning experiences for students across grades.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum & Program Design

● Design and evolve the Integrated Learning Program (ILP) framework across grades

● Design and track student outcomes across the curriculum (the curriculum works to incorporate learning beyond the academic curriculum while building 21st century skills).

● Ensure alignment with learning outcomes, competencies and school values
Content Development & Quality Assurance

● Review and refine lesson plans for rigor, engagement, and integration

● Develop exemplar lesson plans and teacher resources

● Establish quality benchmarks and review rubrics
Team Leadership & Collaboration

● Lead and mentor a team of curriculum designers/content developers





● Collaborate with subject experts, school leaders, and training teams

● Drive consistency and coherence across schools
Continuous Improvement & Innovation

● Integrate best practices in pedagogy (inquiry-based, project-based learning)

● Use feedback from schools to refine curriculum design

● Stay updated with global trends in curriculum and instruction

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s / Master’s in Education or related field

● 5–7 years of experience in curriculum design, academic leadership, or related roles

● Solid understanding of integrated/interdisciplinary learning approaches

● Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects

● Deep understanding of pedagogy and student-centered learning

● Experience working with multi-school systems is highly preferred

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
