Job Summary

Own and grow sales within a defined geographic area by managing dealer and distributor relationships, expanding the customer base, and achieving area-level revenue targets. Develop new accounts and support market growth through effective sales and market development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales activities within the assigned area or district-level territory.
Appoint, train and manage dealers and distributors.
Conduct regular dealer review meetings to track secondary sales and inventory.
Identify and onboard new dealers and institutional buyers.
Execute promotional schemes and market development activities.




Monitor competitor pricing, activities and new product launches.
Coordinate order placement, dispatch and payment collection.
Submit weekly area sales reports and monthly forecasts.

Requirements
Any Graduate.
0–5 years of experience in area or territory sales.
Experience in dealer and distributor management.
Robust negotiation and market development skills.
Target planning and sales reporting abilities.
Customer and channel relationship management skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,700.00 per month
