Role Overview

sales manager is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current leads
Conduct sales meetings and product presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Negotiate and close deals
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
Provide market feedback to management

Requirements
Proven sales experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Positive knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools
Target-driven attitude
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
