Role Overview:

We’re looking for a energetic E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence on our own website. You’ll be responsible for listings, inventory, order processing, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions and images
Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms
Coordinate order processing, shipping, and returns
Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for seasonal campaigns
Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for sales growth

Requirements:




1 years of experience in e-commerce operations (fashion/apparel preferred)
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.
Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills
Strong communication in Hindi and English
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Bonus Skills:
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
Knowledge of image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop)
Multilingual communication (Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, etc.)
