Job Summary

A Chinese Cook is responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes, maintaining food quality, kitchen hygiene, and ensuring timely food preparation as per restaurant or hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Chinese dishes according to menu and recipes
Handle wok cooking, frying, steaming, and grilling
Maintain food taste, presentation, and quality
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Check food stock and inform shortage requirements
Follow food safety and company SOPs
Minimize food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team
Ensure timely preparation during rush hours

Skills Required
Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and sauces
Wok handling skills




Cutting and chopping skills
Time management
Team coordination
Hygiene and food safety knowledge

Qualification
Hotel Management certification preferred
Experience in Chinese kitchen preferred

Experience
Fresher / 1–5 years experience in Chinese cooking

Working Conditions
Rotational shifts
Standing work for long hours
Weekend and holiday duty as per business requirement

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
