Role Overview:
We are seeking an Internal Audit Associate who will primarily work on internal audit assignments, vouching, GST, and TDS-related tasks. This role is travel-heavy with regular client visits in and around Kim, Katargam, and Pal Adajan. It is ideal for a candidate with a solid base in accounting and eagerness to gain hands-on exposure to audits across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits at client locations to review and verify processes
Perform vouching, verification, and reconciliations of financial transactions
Support in GST & TDS-related work and ensure compliance
Prepare detailed audit notes and working papers for review
Liaise with client staff to gather data and explain audit observations
Report findings to senior auditors and assist in drafting recommendations
Requirements:
Robust accounting knowledge / sound base in accounts
Basic MS Excel skills for audit reporting and data handling
Willingness to travel frequently for client assignments (company reimburses fuel costs)
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and professional in client interactions
