We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our IT services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities:
Call potential customers from the provided database.
Explain our IT services in a skilled manner.
Generate quality leads and maintain customer records.
Follow up with interested clients.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
