Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused F&B; Associate to join our team. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing efficient table service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the café/restaurant. Experience as a Barista or Bartender is a strong advantage, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations remain clean and organised.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Restock supplies and help manage inventory when required.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.




Team player with a willingness to learn.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
Barista experience, including:
Espresso preparation and milk steaming.
Latte art and specialty coffee knowledge.
Coffee grinder calibration and basic machine maintenance.
Bartending experience, including:
Preparing classic cocktails and mocktails.
Basic knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
Responsible alcohol service.
Bar setup, stock management, and cleanliness.
