Job Responsibilities
Prepare fresh signature sauces and dressings from scratch.
Develop and standardize new sauce recipes.
Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian toppings.
Bake and prepare jacket potatoes with consistent quality.
Maintain food presentation and portion control.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Manage daily food preparation and inventory.
Minimize food waste and maintain ingredient quality.
Work efficiently during busy service hours.
