We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive - Upwork Bidder (Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 3 years) to generate business opportunities through online platforms and client outreach.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, submitting proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients across digital marketing, web, mobile, and CMS projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
Analyse client requirements and prepare customized proposals for:
Website development (WordPress, Shopify, custom builds)
Mobile app development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
CMS-based solutions
Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing)
Communicate with clients to understand project scope, timelines, and budgets
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track bidding performance.




Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities

Requirements:
Proven experience in bidding or business development in IT services
Solid understanding of:
Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms)
Mobile app development lifecycle
Digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write compelling proposals and cover letters
Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer, fiver etc.)
Solid negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
