Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to optimize business processes.
Solid knowledge of database management and integration techniques within SAP environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA platforms.
Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications for enhanced efficiency.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
