We are looking energetic and energetic and responsibility hotel Manager, The Hotel Manager is responsible for the management of all the operations of the organization.

The key responsible are,
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and manage all departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage
Set and maintain budgets, ensuring profitability of the hotel
Coordinate with marketing and sales department to promote the hotel’s services and boost occupancy rates
Ensure all facilities and rooms are well maintained and meet safety standards
Deal with customer complaints and problems swiftly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Train staff and organize staff schedules
Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service
Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and partners
Stay current with local competition and industry trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
