Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound US PPC calls related to Printer Support, Antivirus, Computer Security, and Technical Issues.
Diagnose customer issues and recommend appropriate paid support plans or software solutions.
Sell technical support services, antivirus subscriptions, printer troubleshooting packages, and related products.
Build rapport with customers and effectively close sales while maintaining a high conversion ratio.
Explain technical issues in easy language to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
