We are looking for an experienced SolidWorks CAD Designer who can convert vehicle photographs, drawings and dimensions into accurate, manufacturing-ready 3D models.

Key Responsibilities
Design detailed 1:64 scale vehicle models in SolidWorks.
Model die-cast body, chassis, interior, wheels, tyres, windows, grille, lights, mirrors and exhaust.
Design opening/moving parts where required.
Apply DFM principles for Zamak die casting and plastic injection molding.
Maintain suitable wall thickness, draft angles, clearances and parting lines.
Prepare assemblies, BOM, drawings and STEP files.
Coordinate with tool makers and manufacturers during prototype/tool development.

Required Skills
Solid SolidWorks experience
Surface modelling
Product/automotive design
Assembly and tolerance knowledge
Understanding of die casting and injection molding

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
