About the Role:-

We are looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to improve website performance, optimize customer journeys, and increase conversions through analytics, A/B testing, and user experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities:-
Improve website and landing page conversion rates.
Analyze user behavior using GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools.
Plan, execute, and monitor A/B testing and optimization experiments.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, and Development teams.
Track KPIs including conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement, lead quality, and revenue.
Create reports, dashboards, and actionable optimization recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest CRO trends and best practices.

Requirements:-




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in CRO, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Product Optimization.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Optimizely, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Understanding of UX principles and customer journey optimization.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience in OTA, Travel, Hospitality, E-commerce, or similar digital businesses is preferred.
