Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Bread and Cookie Makers to join our bakery team. The ideal candidates should have experience in baking, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of breads and cookies according to our recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:Bread Making:
Prepare and mix dough for various types of breads (sourdough, whole wheat, white, etc.)
Monitor fermentation and proofing processes
Shape loaves and operate baking ovens
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area

Cookie Making:
Prepare cookie dough from scratch or pre-set recipes
Portion and shape cookies uniformly




Bake and cool cookies to optimal texture and taste
Decorate or finish cookies as required (e.g., icing, toppings)

Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in a bakery or similar food production role preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
Ability to follow recipes precisely
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina – able to stand for long periods and lift baking trays
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,405.78 - ₹22,740.37 per month
