Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service concerns.
Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
Explain repair work, service requirements, costs, and estimated delivery time.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Deliver vehicles on time and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain solid customer relationships.
Eligibility
Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
1- 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience with Maruti Suzuki vehicles is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
