Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our real estate team. The candidate will support business operations by analyzing market data, property performance, sales trends, and customer requirements to improve decision-making and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate market data, including property prices, sales trends, and customer preferences.
Prepare reports and dashboards on property sales, inventory, and business performance.
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Support the development and implementation of CRM and property management systems.
Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines for real estate developments.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify business prospects.
Assist in forecasting sales, revenue, and market demand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and project management.




Prepare presentations and business reports for management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property markets, and business operations.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CRM software and ERP systems.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
Understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation concepts.
Internship or project experience in real estate, business analysis, or market research.
