● Write compelling content for advertisements, websites, blogs, emailers, reels, landing


pages, and course promotions.


● Develop creative captions, taglines, and scripts for social media and video content.


● Ensure content aligns with SkillX’s brand tone, messaging, and objectives.


● Build monthly content calendars aligned with SkillX’s campaigns, webinars, and course


launches.


● Identify trending topics, integrating them into SkillX’s content themes to maintain


relevance.


● Plan and execute influencer collaborations, campaign storytelling, and brand narrative


initiatives.


● Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure timely and high -quality content


delivery.


● Work with mentors, trainers, and marketing leads to create educational and awareness -


based content.


● Maintain workflow consistency across creative and marketing deliverables.


● Study competitor strategies and analyze current edtech communication trends.


● Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, and lead generation).






● Use analytics insights to refine content strategy and improve campaign outcomes.


● Oversee interns or junior writers to ensure quality, consistency, and brand voice


adherence.


● Provide creative direction and feedback to maintain excellence in content output.


Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or a related


field.


● 2–4 years of qualified experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related


domain.


● Proven expertise in creating and executing content strategies that support business and


marketing objectives.


● Robust portfolio showcasing diverse content creation and successful campaigns.


● Experience managing or mentoring content teams in a rapid -paced environment, preferably


within the EdTech or service -based sector.


● Deep understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools.


● Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
