Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Relationship Executive to promote and sell SBI Credit Cards from within a retail store or mall environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, explaining product benefits, and completing the onboarding process for eligible applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers at retail stores/malls to promote SBI Credit Cards.

Explain features, advantages, eligibility criteria, documentation, and usage of SBI credit cards clearly and confidently.

Guide customers through the application process and ensure timely documentation and submission.

Maintain regular follow-up with customers for application status and activation.

Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and data security norms.

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with current offers and features.

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries or objections professionally.





Submit daily reports and update the sales tracker.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass

0–2 years of experience in sales; freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Prior experience in banking, financial services, or telecom sales is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Comfortable with working in retail environments/mall hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic knowledge of credit card products is a plus.

Fluency in local language and basic English.

Compensation and Advantages:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (based on experience and location)
