Role Responsibilities
Approach 100–150+ people daily
Drive Paytm app installs on the spot
Push first UPI transaction immediately
Run daily on-ground activations (markets, shops, high footfall areas)
Handle objections and close users in <2 minutes pitch
Coordinate with merchants for activation support

Must-Have Traits
High energy, aggressive communicator
Solid closure mindset (not just pitching)
Comfortable with rejection and volume hustle




Street-smart, adaptable
Fluent in Kannada + Hindi (for bangalore) & Telugu + Hindi (for Hyderabad)
