Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate incident resolution efforts to minimize business impact and ensure timely recovery.
Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance team capabilities.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of issues and resolutions.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and track incidents effectively.
Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Capability to document incident reports and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Incident Management.
