Job Title: Visual Media Coordinator

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree required (candidates with a Visual Media, Multimedia, Photography, Videography, or related background will have an added advantage)

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Preference: Previous exposure to the real estate sector is preferred

Age Criteria: Candidates should be below 30 years of age

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and well-organised Visual Media Coordinator to manage and coordinate photography and videography activities across project sites. The role also involves supporting basic digital marketing activities, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring timely visual documentation of projects and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have an interest in visual storytelling, content coordination, branding, and digital media execution.

Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage photography and videography activities across project sites
Handle in office coordination activities, including evening shoots when required
Work closely with project/site teams and external vendors to plan and schedule shoots efficiently
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors,



and media agencies for smooth execution of visual content requirements
Ensure timely documentation of construction progress, project milestones, and branding activities
Maintain and organise a structured archive of all photo and video assets
Support creation of reels, short-form videos, and promotional materials through basic editing knowledge
Ensure all visual content aligns with company branding standards and quality expectations
Assist with basic digital marketing activities including social media coordination, WhatsApp promotions, SMS campaigns, and email marketing
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and content planning
Support preparation of promotional materials and marketing collateral

Desired Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Familiarity with photography, videography, and basic video editing tools
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
