Account Manager (Client Servicing)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The candidate should possess solid strategic thinking, leadership skills, and agency experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage key client accounts and serve as the strategic advisor.
Understand client objectives and develop effective marketing solutions.
Lead campaign planning and execution across branding, digital, social media, and BTL activities.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and within budget.
Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates, and campaign reports.
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling services.
Mentor and guide junior account executives.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication.
4–7 years of experience in an advertising or integrated marketing agency.
Solid client management and presentation skills.
Excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
