Typical Responsibilities
Conducting complex laboratory tests and analyses
Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments
Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality-control procedures
Training and mentoring junior laboratory staff
Managing laboratory supplies and inventory
Assisting scientists, researchers, or medical professionals with experiments and investigations
