Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings and reservations.
Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Welcome and support customers visiting the office.
Prepare and customize holiday and tour packages based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for bookings and travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
Follow up with customers regarding travel plans and documentation requirements.
Candidates residing in Kollam are preferred.
Ensure timely and skilled communication with clients.
