ASB's programs are designed to support both local and outstation participants while fostering a thriving sports culture.Role DescriptionThis is a full time, in office role for a Physiotherapist at Akanksha Singh Basketball Academy, based in Bengaluru North. The Physiotherapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat athletes with physical challenges, injuries, and conditions resulting from sports activities.



Responsibilities include creating personalized rehabilitation plans, conducting therapy sessions, assessing progress, and working closely with coaches and trainers to optimize athletes' performance and recovery. You will also play an active role in educating athletes on injury prevention techniques and proper body mechanics.QualificationsProficiency in sports physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and injury managementKnowledge of therapeutic exercise regimens and manual therapy techniquesStrong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and kinesiologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teamsAbility to develop personalized care plans for athletes of varying skill levelsCertified Physiotherapist, with a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy from a recognized institutionExperience in sports or athletic environments preferredFirst-aid and CPR certification is an advantage
