Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate restaurant employees.
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor sales, expenses, labor costs, and overall store performance.
Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
Minimize food waste, stock shortages, and unnecessary expenses.
Ensure food quality, portion control, presentation, and service standards are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
Prepare staff rosters and ensure proper staffing during busy and non-busy periods.




Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
Monitor employee attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors when required.
Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained and report repair requirements.
Support promotions, marketing activities, and initiatives to increase sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Pay: ₹15,335.32 - ₹30,000.00 per month
