Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
Measure daily progress of work and Update m book
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
Handle on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory regulations.
Assist in measurements and billing verification of contractors.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities.

Key Skills




Solid knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and billing.
Familiarity with safety standards and site protocols.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel / basic reporting tools.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
