Job Summary

SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – RMC to manage RMC plant operations, production, quality control, material planning, and coordination with project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of RMC operations, concrete quality, batching processes, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day RMC plant operations and ensure smooth production.
- Monitor concrete quality, testing, and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with project sites for timely production, dispatch, and delivery of concrete.
- Oversee raw material planning, inventory, and batching operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot production and technical issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain production records, quality documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and project teams to achieve operational excellence.




- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of plant equipment and resources.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of requirements.
- Support continuous improvement in plant productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in RMC plant operations and quality management.
- Solid knowledge of concrete mix design, batching processes, quality control, and production planning.
- Good understanding of RMC plant operations and concrete testing procedures.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
- Ability to work effectively with project, production, and QA/QC teams.
