URGENT HIRING – JEWELLERY SALES EXECUTIVE Brand: Nauhar Fine Jewellery Location: Wave City Center, Sector 32, Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience : Jewellery / Retail Sales experience preferred Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Immediate Joining Preferred We are looking for a smart, presentable and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive who can manage showroom sales, build strong customer relationships and actively contribute towards increasing store sales and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage every customer with a warm smile and professional approach Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Gold, Diamond and Silver jewellery Explain products, designs, purity, pricing, making charges and ongoing offers confidently Actively work towards sales, conversions and store targets Engage customers beyond the immediate sale and build long-term relationships Encourage repeat purchases, referrals and positive word-of-mouth Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication Call existing and potential customers for new collections, festive offers,



store updates and relevant occasions Follow up with customers who visited the store but did not purchase Explain and follow up with customers regarding Nauhar’s schemes and ongoing plans Follow up with existing scheme customers when required Maintain basic records of customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer requirements Collect customer feedback and help improve their overall store experience Set up jewellery counters and displays before store opening Handle all jewellery pieces carefully and responsibly Keep track of jewellery shown to customers and return pieces to their correct trays/displays Maintain clean, organised and attractive counters throughout the day Assist with stock checking and basic inventory management Properly count, pack and secure jewellery during store closing Candidate Requirements Jewellery store experience is Required Robust sales, communication and customer-engagement skills Confident in Hindi; conversational English preferred Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups Well-groomed, presentable, punctual and disciplined Friendly personality with a positive attitude and natural smile Good convincing and negotiation skills without being overly pushy Honest, trustworthy and responsible while handling valuable jewellery Should take initiative instead of waiting for customers to approach Ability to build customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business We are looking for someone who doesn’t just sell jewellery, but builds relationships that bring customers back to Nauhar.
