Candidates with experience working for brands such as Voltas or other reputed electrical/lighting companies are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Drive retail sales and achieve monthly targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets. Requirements: 23 years of sales experience in electrical switches, lighting, or related products.

Experience with brands such as Voltas or similar electrical companies is preferred.

Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
