Role

We are looking for a Retail HRBP to manage the people function for our Hyderabad store. The role will work closely with the Store Manager and central HR team to ensure a strong employee experience and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Recruitment
- Own end-to-end hiring for the store.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and close positions within TAT.
- Manage interviews, offers, joining and onboarding.
- Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and employee connects.
- Build a positive, inclusive and high-energy Broadway culture.
- Understand employee sentiment and improve team experience.
- Attendance & HR Operations
- Monitor attendance, late coming and absenteeism.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and timely payroll inputs.




- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Employee Grievances
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
- Resolve grievances fairly and within timelines.
- Partner with Store Managers and central HR on sensitive matters.
- Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the employee journey from joining to exit.
- Handle onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
- Conduct exit discussions and identify attrition trends.

Who We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail/FMCG/hospitality.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- High ownership, proactive approach and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Someone who is people-first, business-oriented and culture-driven.
