Job Summary: We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented candidates to join the retail sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, product presentation, sales, customer service, and supporting day-to-day store operations. Candidates with relevant experience in retail sales, jewellery sales, fashion, beauty, or cosmetics will be preferred for suitable positions.

Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in the store. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers. Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.



Maintain proper product displays and merchandise presentation. Ensure products are properly arranged and readily available. Support daily store operations and inventory-related activities.

Maintain cleanliness and overall store standards. Build positive relationships with customers. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.

Required Skills: Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic sales and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented approach. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work as part of a team. Good grooming and professional presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 10th Pass .

Age: 18–28 Years . Freshers can apply for suitable positions. Retail/Sales experience will be an added advantage. Jewellery sales experience preferred for Fashion Consultant. Beauty/Cosmetics experience or certification preferred for Beauty Advisor. Candidates should be comfortable working 9.5 hours per day , including 1 hour lunch break and 30 minutes tea break.
