Job Title: Restaurant Captain Locations: Current Digha, Mandarmani, & Dhulagarh Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand / Month Key Responsibilities Oversee dining floor operations, welcome guests, and ensure high service standards. Take orders, recommend menu items, and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely service. Supervise and assist floor stewards to ensure clean, smooth restaurant operations. Address guest feedback promptly to deliver a great dining experience.

Requirements Prior experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward in hospitality/dining. Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills. Flexibility to work during weekends, public holidays, and blackout dates (strictly no leave during high-demand periods).
