Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on overseas education opportunities and career pathways.
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
Guide students through admissions, documentation, and visa processes.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Mentor junior counsellors and support the branch team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling.
Excellent communication,



counseling, and sales skills.
Strong knowledge of international education and visa processes.
Target oriented with a passion for helping students succeed.
