Job Title: Manager / Sr Manager - ERP Implementation & Support

CTC: upto 25 LPA
Managing ERP program for MS Dynamics 365 F&O; from the technical and functional both sides.
Establish mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive change management and communication to ensure adoption across functions.
Engage with users to gather requirements, align expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
Drive end-user training programs in collaboration with business and partner teams.
Robust understanding on planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization.
Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities including support.




Ensure proper integration of F&O; with POS, banking, HR, supply chain, and other third-party systems.
Manage master data governance, reporting requirements, and compliance (e.g., GST, audit trail).

Key Skills & Competencies
Proven track record in MS Dynamics 365 F&O; end-to-end implementation (at least 2–3 full cycles preferred).
Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and F&B; processes.
Knowledge of system integration, data migration, reporting, and compliance (GST, SOX, IFRS).
Dev ops experience will be an advantage.
Project Management Capability.
