We are seeking an experienced Senior Qlik Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using Qlik Sense within a multi-tenant energy and sustainability platform. This role operates as a key contributor within the BI Center of Excellence (COE), delivering high-quality analytics solutions across global teams and client environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications tailored to custom client requirements
Act as a core member of the BI Center of Excellence (COE), adhering to established standards, architecture, and best practices
Independently execute development tasks for highly engaged clients while collaborating with the central BI COE
Partner with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
Apply strong analytical thinking to evaluate requirements, challenge assumptions, and recommend sustainable solutions
Ensure a balance between client responsiveness and long-term platform stability and maintainability




Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
Contribute to project planning, delivery, and prioritization in a dynamic, client-driven environment
Align deliverables with COE priorities while maintaining robust organizational and project management practices

Key Skill
5+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development
Robust expertise in data modeling, scripting, and dashboard development in Qlik
Experience working within a BI Center of Excellence (COE) or similar structured environment
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across time zones
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering
