Prepare and review client and subcontractor bills based on work progress at site.
Verification of quantities and measurements from drawings and site.
Preparation and reconciliation of monthly running bills, final bills, and measurement books.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for accurate billing.
Monitor project costs and ensure billing aligns with budget and work progress.
Maintain documentation related to billing, work orders, and approvals.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely receipt from clients.
Assist in auditing and resolving billing discrepancies.
Update BOQ and rate analysis as per project requirements.
Liaise with project managers and finance team for billing-related matters.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
