Job Summary

Espire Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate and guest-focused Front Office Team Leader to join ZANA By The Ganges, Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will lead the front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. The role requires robust leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining the highest hospitality standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Front Office department.
Lead, motivate, and mentor Guest Service Associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
Ensure efficient check-in, check-out, room allocation, and guest registration processes.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.




Monitor room inventory, arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special requests.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and shift closing procedures.
Prepare daily reports, occupancy reports, and maintain accurate guest records.
Train new team members on SOPs, brand standards, and customer service practices.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and statutory regulations.
Maintain grooming standards and foster a positive work setting within the department.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 2–4 years of Front Office experience in hotels, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or Team Leader role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
